In order to avoid uncomfortable situations, we recommend you pay attention to the condition of the delivered package at the moment that you receive it, and check it for obvious damages.

Please note that your item has been handmade and each piece is unique. This is the beauty of the design and any slubs in the fabric are part of its natural charm.

Commissioned pieces may be based on a previous design but will rarely be identical due to differences in yarn, color batches and the uniqueness of the handmade product.

For any problem that you might consider and in the case that you wish to return something you purchased from our e-shop, please contact us before any further action. We will be more than happy to serve you.

In the case that wrong items have been shipped, due to the Company’s mistake you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be intact in its original sealed packaging and all of its contents. In this case the return shipment cost will be borne by the company.
